When sand casting, first place the lower half of the mold on a flat plate, fill the sand box with sand tightly and scrape it flat. After the lower mold is completed, flip the sand mold 180 degrees, place the upper half, sprinkle parting agent, place the upper sand box, fill the sand tightly and scrape it flat. Flip the upper sand box 180 degrees, take out the upper and lower half molds respectively, then flip the upper mold 180 degrees and close the lower mold. After the sand mold is completed, wait for pouring. This process is commonly known as "flipping sand".
